What is Masters Swimming?
If you're not excited about the Foothills Masters Program, you should be! Masters swimming is a non-competitive swim group catering to you and your swimming abilities. The coach and the other swimmers are there to help motivate you to swim. Come out and try it – the first two visits are free!
The group is focused on being efficient in the water and learning new techniques. In Masters you will:
- learn more about swimming techniques
- swim with others who want to improve
- stay healthy
Who can participate?
Foothills members and non-members are welcome. All abilities are encouraged to attend. You must be 18 years old to join.
All Foothills Masters swimmers must be registered as part of the United States Masters Swimming. With the registration, you will:
- receive personal insurance through US Masters
- be eligible to swim in any sanctioned US Masters swim meet
- receive a subscription to Swimmer magazine.
The registration is for 1 year and the dues are $45 per year. To register and for other Masters information, go to pacificmasters.org.
You may come and go as you wish during the workout - most workouts last 1 to 1.5 hours.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
11:30am - 1:30pm
Members: $35 per month, Non-members: $60 per month. The first two visits are free!
