The Foothills clubhouse makes a wonderful setting for a private event. Clubhouse rental includes exclusive use of the clubhouse living areas and kitchen, and the non-exclusive use of the locker rooms and grounds. Non-members may rent the facility only if sponsored by a Foothills member who will attend the event.

- number of attendees
- number of tables and chairs needed
- any special requirements

Labor Day to Memorial Day (fall to spring)
The Clubhouse is available for rent between 6pm and midnight, under the following conditions:

All rentals must be either member-hosted or member-sponsored.
Sponsors must attend the event. If they are unable to be present, the Club will provide a staff attendant; a charge for the service will be added to the rental fee.

Use of the grounds, on a non-exclusive basis, requires a separate reservation and agreement.

Facilities and Furnishings
The set-up diagram, available from the Main Office or click to download pdf, shows the available space. The smaller room near the front entrance may be used for dancing if you request that the area rug be rolled up.
Maximum capacity of the clubhouse is 160 persons; however, for a sit-down meal and dance floor, 100 is more realistic.
Lessees may use any tables and chairs available (see p.2 of pdf above), and may arrange with a rental company to have furniture delivered before 11am Friday for weekend rentals, or by 11am the morning of the event for weekday rentals. Prior to rental, Club staff will remove or rearrange furniture normally set up in the clubhouse living areas, as requested by Lessee.
Please note: we do not have space available to store the two serving tables or the sofas, although they can be re-arranged. The piano, T.V. cabinet and carpets in the main room may not be moved. Set-up and arrangement of any additional furniture will be the responsibility of Lessee.
Preparations
Although the facilities are not available for rental use before 6pm, you may make arrangements with the Main Office to begin decorating or catering preparations earlier in the day.
Members are expected to provide set up, tear down and clean up of any Club-owned property including tables, chairs and kitchen. Club staff will vacuum, clean locker rooms, and re-arrange furniture. All other clean-up is the responsibility of the lessee.
- If requested, Club staff may be available to assist with event set up or tear down. However, this staff assistance is not guaranteed. If available, a fee is charged for this service.
- Members who do not complete the tear down and clean up tasks after their events will be billed a flat rate of $50.00.
For outdoor parties, members may reserve the following items:
- Large picnic tables
- Child sized picnic tables
- Long banquet tables and folding chairs
The following items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and may not be reserved:
- Barbecues (shared space is always available)
- Outdoor furniture: chairs, chaises, round tables
- Umbrellas
Food and Beverage
Lessee is entitled to exclusive use of our kitchen, equipped with a small commercial dishwasher, ice machine, refrigerator, eight electric burners, and two ovens. We do not supply cookware, utensils, china, flatware or table linens.
Lessee must make his or her own catering arrangements. Upon request, the Club will provide the names of local caterers who have proven highly satisfactory in the past. Your caterer may serve alcoholic beverages from bottles or cans. No kegs are allowed in the clubhouse.
Decorations
Candles may be used only if they are enclosed in glass. Additional plants may be brought in if waterproof containers or saucers are used. No ice sculptures or running water for decorative purposes may be used. Tape and tacks may be used sparingly and removed immediately after the event.
Security
The sponsoring member is expected to be on site during the rental period. If the sponsoring member is unable to be present, the Club will provide a staff attendant; a charge for this service will be added to the rental fee. A security code will be issued to Lessee prior to rental, and it will be Lessee's responsibility to see that clubhouse use is restricted to invited guests and that the clubhouse is left locked and alarmed, and that keys are returned to a member of the staff by 10am the following day.
