Foothills Dolphins Swim Team
It is crazy to think that half of our season is over and we haven’t even started racing yet…but that all changes June 1st when we have our practice meet!  The sun will be out, and so will all our summer swimmers as they get ready by swimming their fastest for the upcoming racing season. The swim meets will be starting earlier this year, with our first dual meet against University Club taking place on June 12th, and ending a week earlier, with the Championship meet on July 21st.  Be ready for a lightning-fast, jam-packed, fun summer!

Every year we have a fun attendance competition in June and July. Previously, we have swam the English Channel, swam to Hawaii, swam around the Greek & Bahaman islands, and down the California coast (all based on attendance, not actual miles). This year we’re using ALCATRAZ to help motivate our swimmers to come to as many practices as possible—just don’t get stuck in the Bay!  For every practice and meet you attend through July 21, you receive a sticker.  Getting the desired number of stickers earns you a prize at the team banquet.

Guppies    10:30–11am / 3:00–3:30pm
Stingrays  10–11:15am / 3:30–4:15pm
Piranhas   10–11:15am / 4:15–5:15pm
Sharks      10–11:15am / 5pm–6:15pm

Swim Lessons are Happening
Lesson binders are out for sign-ups at your leisure in the main office. We also are offering group lessons throughout the year through the PASA pre-comp program. Non-members must pay by check at time of sign-up.
