Water Aerobics March 18 – April 13 • Mon, Wed, Sat • 9-10am Sign up Water supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury by placing less stress on the joints when stretching. It can also allow a greater range of motion. Our water aerobics class will benefit people of all abilities and will include cardio and strength segments in an interval fashion. Everyone is welcome, whether you have challenges or are an advanced athlete! Instructor: Regan Mizuno

Our Fitness Center The Foothills Fitness Center is open from 6am-11pm
daily. Members enjoy 810 square feet of work-out space. Guests are not
allowed to use this facility.
Fitness equipment includes:
- 2 treadmills
- 2 stationary bicycles
- 2 elliptical trainers
- 1 rowing machine
- muscle-specific weight machines
- free weights
- medicine balls
