 Fitness at foothills 

TRX/Cardio Tennis
Thurs. Noon

This is a fun, high-intensity, 1-hour workout that combines TRX, tennis, running, and music. No tennis experience required. Sign up for either Tuesdays or Thursdays or both. The cost is $100 for the four-week session for members, $120 for non-members. We need a minimum of 5 people per class and a max of 8. Members can click here to sign up online. Our Fitness Center
The Foothills Fitness Center is open from 6am-11pm daily. Members enjoy 810 square feet of work-out space. Guests are not allowed to use this facility.

Fitness equipment includes:
  • 2 treadmills
  • 2 stationary bicycles
  • 2 elliptical trainers
  • 1 rowing machine
  • muscle-specific weight machines
  • free weights
  • medicine balls
